Introduction
November is the busiest month of the UAE trade show season. ADIPEC opens it at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi on 2 November, Gulfood Manufacturing fills Dubai World Trade Centre the same week, Automechanika moves to Expo City from 10 November, The Big 5 Global brings the construction industry to DWTC from 23 November, and National Day on 2 December closes the month with company celebrations across the country. Jubin J Mathew, a Dubai-based videographer working as videography.ae, films stands, launches and company events through the season, one operator per booking, from AED 4,400 a show day.

What exhibitors film is much the same at every show: a stand film in show light, product demos, interviews with the team and visiting partners, vertical clips posted while the show is running and a recap for head office. Design, art, books and sport
- Dubai Design Week, 3 to 8 November, at Dubai Design District, with the Downtown Design fair from 4 to 8 November: installations, launches and brand activations that want social content filmed on the day.
- Sharjah International Book Fair, 4 to 15 November, at Expo Centre Sharjah, the 45th edition. Sharjah bookings carry no travel line.
- Frieze Abu Dhabi, 19 to 22 November, at Manarat Al Saadiyat, the first edition and the successor to Abu Dhabi Art, with 19 November by invitation only.
- World Art Dubai, 19 to 22 November, at Dubai World Trade Centre.
- DP World Tour Championship, 12 to 15 November, at Jumeirah Golf Estates, and the Emirates Dubai 7s, 27 to 29 November, at The Sevens Stadium, for sponsors and hospitality partners who want content from the weekend.
- Dubai Fitness Challenge, 31 October to 29 November, with the Dubai Ride on 1 November and the Dubai Run on 22 November, both on Sheikh Zayed Road, for brands running activations along the routes.

December and January, booked in November

- Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, 4 to 6 December, at Yas Marina Circuit, race on Sunday 6 December.
- Dubai Shopping Festival, 4 December to 17 January, with retail and brand activations across the city.
- GITEX Global, 7 to 11 December: the Summit at DWTC on 7 December and the exhibition at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, from 8 to 11 December, with Expand North Star in the same venue from 8 to 10 December. The GITEX guide covers what to book.

- Intersec, 12 to 14 January 2027, at DWTC, and World Health Expo Dubai, 25 to 28 January 2027, at the Dubai Exhibition Centre and DWTC: exhibitors who want a pre-show film shoot it in December. Gulfood itself moves to 15 to 19 March 2027.
What a show day costs
A full show day with one operator starts from AED 4,400: up to 10 hours, a highlight film of up to 2 minutes and 2 edited vertical cuts. A half day starts from AED 3,000, and a full day with a same-day edit cut on site starts from AED 7,000. Shows in Abu Dhabi add travel of AED 400 a shoot day as its own line, Ras Al Khaimah travel is quoted separately, and Sharjah and Ajman add nothing. Interviews, demo edits and photography are itemised, and October to December is the peak season, which carries a surcharge stated on the quote before you confirm. When to book
- Shows in the first week of November: ADIPEC, Gulfood Manufacturing and Dubai Design Week open within days, so book now.
- Mid November: Automechanika, the Boat Show and the Abu Dhabi shows are best booked by the end of October.
- Late November and National Day: Big 5 and company celebrations need booking three to four weeks ahead, by early November.
- GITEX week: the busiest week of the year, so book as soon as the stand is confirmed.
