A full event day covers up to 10 hours on site and delivers a highlight film of up to two minutes plus three vertical cut-downs for social.
Travel to Sharjah and Ajman carries no charge, so a Northern Emirates event costs the same as one in the city. The full post pipeline (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom and DaVinci Resolve) travels with the booking, so colour, titles and captions are handled without a second vendor. Booking is a WhatsApp message with the date, venue and block length; the itemised proposal follows within 24 hours.
Same-day edits that screen before guests leave
A same-day edit changes what an event film is for. Instead of a recap that lands in inboxes two weeks later, the highlight cut is edited on site during the event and screens at the closing session, while the room is still full and the sponsors are still in it. The same file goes out on the event's social channels that evening, when the hashtag is still moving.
It has to be planned at booking, not requested on the day: the shoot is structured so the edit builds during the programme, with the first half captured, logged and cut while the second half is still running. Confirm the screening slot when the date is booked and the delivery is guaranteed against it.
