Introduction
Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 opens on Tuesday 3 November at Dubai World Trade Centre and runs to Thursday 5 November, filling almost every hall together with GulfHost, ISM Middle East and Private Label Middle East. The organiser's site counts more than 2,500 exhibitors from over 80 countries. Here the product on the stand is often a machine, and a machine sells better moving on screen than standing still in a brochure. Jubin J Mathew of videography.ae films the line running, the stand around it and the people who sell it.

The dates and the hours
| Date | Hours | Running alongside |
|---|---|---|
| Tue 3 and Wed 4 Nov 2026 | 10:00 to 18:00 | GulfHost, ISM Middle East, Private Label Middle East |
| Thu 5 Nov 2026 | 10:00 to 17:00 | Same |
Doors open at 10:00 on all three days and close at 18:00, an hour earlier on the Thursday (the organiser's timings, checked 23 October 2026). With four shows under one roof the aisles fill fast, so the empty-stand shots come first.
Filming machines that move
A packaging line or a filling machine is filmed differently from a booth of screens. The cycle is shot whole first, so the viewer sees what goes in and what comes out, then again in close-up at the points that make the machine different: the change-over, the seal, the speed counter. Slow motion is shot on the fast parts so a buyer can see what happens in a blur on the floor. Interviews with the technical sales lead are recorded on wireless lavalier microphones, because a running line is loud, and the demo is timed so it is running when the camera is there.
- Line and machine demos, the footage distributors ask for once the show is over, cut as a 60 to 90 second film plus short loops the sales team can play on a laptop.
- A walk-round of the stand, the range laid out and the team in front of it, for the product page and the follow-up email.
- Engineer and partner interviews, for LinkedIn and for the distributor portal.
- Clips during the show, vertical and captioned, posted while buyers are still walking the halls.
- Arabic subtitle versions, for GCC buyers, priced per film.
Badges, travel and the quote
The organiser's admission policy makes badges personal: they may not be handed to anyone else, so the videographer needs one in their own name, set up with your stand contact before Tuesday. There is no travel line, because DWTC is in Dubai. The full day buys ten hours on the stand, a highlight of two minutes at most and two vertical edits. A half day suits a stand that needs one demo filmed properly rather than a whole day covered, and a full day with a same-day edit starts from AED 7,000. Early November counts as peak season; the surcharge appears on the quote, not after it, and each demo edit, interview and photo set has its own line.
Booking Gulfood Manufacturing coverage
Send the stand number, which machines will run and at what times, and whether you need clips during the show or only the edits after it. If you are exhibiting at more than one show this season, the November calendar has the dates, and the product video page covers filming the same machines at your factory.
