A Dubai videographer who treats Sharjah as local
Sharjah is thirty to forty-five minutes from Dubai on the E311 or the E11, closer than most of Dubai is to itself at rush hour, so a Sharjah booking runs on exactly the same terms as a Dubai one. The travel line is inside the proposal, the day starts on time, and there is no surcharge appearing on the invoice afterwards. Ajman is fifteen minutes further and works the same way.

Filming in public spaces, on the corniche or at government venues in Sharjah needs a filming permit from the Sharjah Media Council, which publishes its fees and takes applications online. It is applied for in advance and flagged at booking so it never becomes a surprise on the day. For shoots inside private premises the owner's consent comes first, and whether a Council permit is also needed is confirmed at booking. Free zone premises usually want a gate pass and a named escort, arranged through the client. In Ajman, the permit route is confirmed with the emirate for each booking.
