Interview video in Dubai: what's included

Two-Camera Interview Set-Up

A wide and a tight angle on Sony FX6 and A7 IV so the edit can cut without jump cuts, lit to suit the room you already have.

Clean Audio on Every Speaker

Wireless lavalier on each person plus a backup recorder, because the words are the whole film.

60 to 90 Second Edit

The main cut for the website and LinkedIn, graded, titled and captioned for silent viewing.

Vertical Cut

A 9:16 version of the strongest answer for Instagram, LinkedIn mobile and TikTok.

B-Roll of the Business

Office, team and product footage shot in the same half day, so the interview is not two minutes of a face on a chair.

Question Prep and Coaching

Questions agreed in advance, a relaxed run-through before recording, and prompting that gets natural answers from people who hate being filmed.

What an executive interview day looks like

Set-up takes forty-five minutes in a meeting room or corner office with a window: two cameras, a soft key light, a wireless microphone on the speaker and a backup recorder on the table. Questions are agreed the week before and sent to the speaker, but they are asked as a conversation rather than read from a list, and the best answers usually come from the follow-up rather than the first take. Each speaker needs about thirty minutes on camera. A half-day comfortably covers two people plus b-roll of the office.

Client testimonials work the same way at the client's premises, which is where they are most believable. For a testimonial series, the same set-up and question structure across every client makes the films cut together as a set, and the per-film cost drops sharply when two or three are shot on one day.

Why interview films are the corporate video that pays back fastest

A brand film takes weeks and is watched once. An executive interview is shot in a morning and produces a website film, a LinkedIn post for the executive's own profile, a vertical clip and a set of quotes for the marketing team, from one sitting. It is also the format buyers trust most: a person explaining what they do, in their own words, in their own office, beats a voiceover over drone shots for anyone deciding whether to call.

The edit is where the difference is made. Cutting an interview well means keeping the pauses that sound like thought and removing the ones that sound like nerves, matching the b-roll to what is being said rather than decorating it, and captioning so the film works with the sound off in a feed. That is done in-house, by the person who was in the room, which is why a first cut arrives in 2 to 5 working days.

What interview and testimonial videos cost in Dubai

A half-day interview set-up with one or two speakers starts from AED 2,000, including the 60 to 90 second edit and a vertical cut. Each additional speaker on the same day, each additional finished edit and any Arabic subtitle version appears as its own line. A full day with four speakers and b-roll, delivered as four films plus verticals, sits around AED 3,500 to 4,500; a testimonial series across three client sites lands between AED 5,000 and 7,000.

Every quote is itemised within 24 hours of the brief, a deposit holds the date, and you own the finished films and the raw footage in writing. Full costs by corporate format, and what moves them, are in the corporate video cost guide. Films where the customer rather than the executive does the talking are covered on the testimonial video production page.

Interview and testimonial video: FAQs

How long does an executive interview shoot take?

Forty-five minutes to set up, about thirty minutes per speaker on camera, and an hour of b-roll. Two speakers plus office footage fit comfortably in a half day.

How much does a testimonial video cost in Dubai?

From AED 2,000 for a single testimonial filmed at the client's premises with a 60 to 90 second edit and a vertical cut. A series of three across different sites lands between AED 5,000 and 7,000, itemised per film.

Our CEO hates being on camera. Does that work?

Usually better than expected. Questions go out in advance, nothing is recorded until a relaxed run-through is done, and the interview is a conversation rather than a reading. The edit removes the false starts; what remains is the person at their best.

Can you film in our office, or do we need a studio?

Your office is better. A meeting room with a window and a plain wall is enough, and the film is more believable for being shot where the work happens. A studio is quoted as a separate line if the brief needs a controlled background.

Do you provide the questions?

Yes. A question set is drafted from the brief, refined with you, and sent to the speaker the week before. Follow-ups on the day are where the strongest answers usually come from.

Can we get an Arabic version?

Yes. Arabic subtitles or a separate Arabic-language edit are quoted as their own line, and bilingual interviews are shot with both languages in mind. Corporate video cost guide→
