Introduction
ADIPEC 2026 runs from Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi and takes over the whole venue. The organiser counted more than 2,250 exhibiting companies and over 239,000 attendees at the 2025 edition. For an energy company the stand is where partners meet, agreements get signed and executives prepare for the conference stages. Jubin J Mathew of videography.ae drives down from Dubai to film it, one operator per booking, with clips during the show and the stand film once it closes.

What energy exhibitors film at ADIPEC
- A stand film. About a minute of the build, the screens and the people on it, made for the company website and the mailer that goes out after the show.
- Interviews with executives and partners. Miked with wireless lavaliers so the hall noise stays out, then cut into short pieces that carry the company's message on LinkedIn for weeks.
- Signings and announcements. An agreement signed on the stand is filmed and photographed from a planned position, and with a same-day edit the clip is ready to go out with the press release.
- Delegation visits. When a senior delegation is due at the stand, the shooter is placed before it arrives. Its protocol team decides what may be filmed, and that is respected.
- Technical explainers. Engineers walking through a solution on the stand screens, filmed clean so the sales team can use it long after the halls close.
- Daily vertical clips and a recap. Cut during the week so the team posts while the show is running, then a recap for head office.
Working at ADNEC from Dubai
ADNEC is about ninety minutes from Dubai on the E11, so the day is planned around the drive: on the stand before the doors open, there for the moments that matter, then back in Dubai to cut the evening's clips. A show day means up to ten hours at ADNEC, a highlight film of up to two minutes and two vertical cuts, and the drive sits on the proposal as its own line, AED 400 a shoot day, next to the show-day price. Across a four-day show, covering the opening day and the day with the most scheduled moments can make more sense than four full days on the stand. ADIPEC week is peak season, so a seasonal surcharge is shown on the quote before you confirm, and interviews, edits and photos are each priced separately.
ADIPEC's press registration is for media covering the show. A videographer filming your own stand works under your exhibitor arrangements, so the badge is confirmed with your stand contact at booking. Filming inside the conference halls follows the organiser's rules for each session and is checked case by case.
Booking ADIPEC coverage
ADIPEC opens on Monday 2 November, so this is short notice. Message the stand number, the hall and the days you want filmed, and say which moments are fixed: a signing, a delegation visit, a launch. Other shows this month in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah are in the November 2026 events guide, and show-day pricing in general is on the exhibition video page.
