Introduction
The short answer: a produced corporate film from an experienced solo operator in Dubai typically costs AED 2,000 to 7,000 in 2026, covering concept, one or two shoot days, interviews, grade, titles and the channel versions. A crewed agency production of the same brief usually starts around AED 15,000, and campaign-scale work runs well past that. The rest of this guide explains where a brief lands inside those numbers, and what a marketing team can do to bring it down without cutting the film.
Corporate video prices in Dubai in 2026, by format
These are realistic market ranges for a senior solo operator in Dubai, based on what suppliers publish and what in-house teams report. Treat them as orientation, not a menu: a serious proposal itemises its own numbers.
| Corporate format | Typical 2026 range | What it usually includes |
|---|---|---|
| Executive interview or client testimonial | AED 2,000-4,000 | Half-day set-up in your office, one or two speakers, clean audio, grade, titles, a 60 to 90 second edit plus a vertical cut. |
| Company profile or brand film (2 to 5 min) | AED 4,000-7,000 | Storyboard, one full shoot day, up to four speakers, b-roll, grade, motion titles, master plus LinkedIn and vertical versions. |
| Internal comms or training module | AED 2,000-5,000 | Presenter or voice-led content shot in-house, captioned for silent viewing, delivered per module. |
| Event-linked corporate film | AED 2,000-6,000 | Conference, launch or town-hall recap with speaker cuts; same-day edits sit at the upper end. |
| Product or commercial spot for paid social | AED 3,000-7,000 | Scripted short-form content built for ad placements, several cut-downs from one shoot day. |
| Crewed agency brand film | AED 15,000-60,000+ | Producer, director, multi-camera crew, sound recordist, edit house. The right call at TVC scale, not for routine content. |
My own corporate projects land between AED 2,000 to 7,000, itemised line by line and sent within 24 hours of the brief. The corporate video page explains what that buys and how a shoot runs inside a working office.
How much does video production cost in Dubai?
Video production in Dubai costs AED 2,000 to 7,000 per project from a senior solo operator in 2026, covering the shoot, edit, grade and channel versions. Crewed production companies start around AED 15,000, and TVC-scale campaigns run well above AED 40,000. The table above shows where each corporate format sits.
What is video production pricing in Dubai based on?
Shoot days, locations, the number of interviewees, the finished films and cut-downs, motion graphics, revision rounds and turnaround. Two quotes for the same brief can differ by three times because they scope different deliverables, which is why the six factors below matter more than the headline number.
Six things that move the price of a corporate video
- Shoot days and locations. This is the biggest lever. A second location is a second lighting build, a second sound check and travel time; a second day is the same again. Most corporate briefs can be shot in one day if the speakers are scheduled back to back.
- Number of speakers. Every interviewee is a set-up, a sound check, a nervous first take and an hour of editing. Two well-chosen voices cost less and cut better than six executives saying versions of the same thing.
- Finished deliverables. One 3-minute master is one edit. A master plus a 60-second cut, three verticals and a captioned internal version is five or more, and post-production is where the hours accumulate.
- Motion graphics and animation. Lower thirds and a branded opener are standard. Animated data, explainer sequences and 3D are quoted per second of animation, because that is how they are built.
- Languages and versions. Arabic subtitles, Arabic voiceover or a full second-language edit each add a deliverable. Decide at briefing, not after the English cut is approved.
- Turnaround and revisions. Standard delivery is a first cut within 2 to 5 working days and one review round. Rush delivery and open-ended revision rounds both carry a premium, because they displace other work.
What is usually not in a corporate video quote
Across the Dubai market these sit outside standard scope and should appear as named lines, or expect them later: drone and its permits, a presenter or actors, studio hire, location and filming permits for public spaces, a professional voiceover artist, extended music licensing for paid media, and translation. On this site, anything that would push past the agreed scope is raised on the day before it is incurred, never added to the invoice afterwards.
Corporate videographer vs video production company
The AED 5,000 quote and the AED 40,000 quote are not for the same product. An agency production books a crew and bills every day rate in it; that model earns its keep on a TVC or a multi-market campaign. For interviews, brand films, internal comms and event-linked content, a single senior operator covers the same ground at a fraction of the cost, with one name accountable for the finished film. There is a trade-off. One operator does not light a soundstage or run a three-camera drama shoot. What you get instead is speed, one point of contact, and a rate that lets you film regularly, which for most corporate channels beats one expensive film a year.
How to brief so the quote comes in lower
- Decide the one message first. A film that tries to cover the company history, the product range and the recruitment pitch needs three shoot days. A film with one job needs one.
- Consolidate the shoot day. Schedule speakers back to back in one location and the price drops by a full day of production.
- Nominate two speakers, not six. Pick the people who talk naturally, not the most senior; the edit will be shorter, tighter and cheaper.
- Sign off the storyboard before the shoot. A revision at storyboard stage costs a conversation. The same revision after the shoot costs a day of editing or a reshoot.
- Batch the deliverables. Ask for the LinkedIn cut and the verticals from the same shoot day up front; adding them afterwards means reopening the project.
What an itemised proposal should show
Ask every supplier for the same list so the quotes are comparable: shoot days and locations, number of interviewees, the finished films with lengths, the cut-downs and formats, motion graphics scope, number of revision rounds, turnaround, the overtime rate, and who owns the raw footage. On this site you own the finals and the raws in writing, with no licensing period and no archive fee. If a quote arrives as a single lump sum, the missing lines are where the surprises live.

Where these figures come from
The ranges above are anchored to prices that can be checked, not to a feeling about the market.
- Solo operator, AED 2,000 to 7,000: my own itemised proposals in 2026, with published starting prices of AED 6,000 for a three-minute corporate film and AED 3,000 for a half day of event coverage on the packages page, checked in September 2026.
- Solo day rate, AED 2,500 to 5,000: the figure a Dubai production company gives for a single videographer in its own 2026 cost guide.
- Event-linked films: Dubai studios that publish packages listed AED 2,600 for a four-hour shoot with a highlight and AED 4,200 for a full corporate event day in September 2026, and a Dubai freelancer on r/dubai put a full shooting day at AED 3,000 as far back as early 2023.
- Crewed productions, AED 15,000 and up: the floor at which a producer, director, two camera operators, a sound recordist and an edit house each earn a day rate on the same invoice. Crewed proposals for a single brand film in Dubai commonly sit between AED 15,000 and 40,000 once pre-production days, crew, equipment hire and agency margin are on the sheet.
