Company profile video in Dubai: what's included
Pre-Production Call & Running Order
A call before the day fixes the running order, the interview questions, the two speakers and the locations inside your office or facility, so the half day is spent filming, not deciding.
Up to Two Speakers on Lavalier Mics
A managing director and a head of operations, or a founder and a client-facing lead, each on a wireless lavalier with two cameras and pro lighting in a room you already have.
Dedicated B-Roll of People & Process
Time reserved for the floor, the workshop, the reception, the team at work and the product leaving the door, shot on a Sony FX6 so the film shows rather than tells.
Graded Master with Titles & Music
One three-minute 16:9 master with colour grade, sound mix, branded lower thirds and titles built in After Effects, and licensed music cleared for web and social use.
Two Vertical Cut-Downs
Two captioned 9:16 versions cut from the master for LinkedIn and Instagram, each built around one claim from the film rather than a squeezed copy of the whole thing.
Arabic Subtitle Version (Extra)
A subtitled Arabic version of the master for government tenders, GCC clients and local audiences, quoted as a separate line alongside voiceover and extra locations.
What a company profile video in Dubai needs to show
A company profile film has four tasks, and the good ones do all four in three minutes. People: the faces a prospect will meet, speaking in their own words about what the company does and for whom. Place: the office in Business Bay, the workshop in Al Quoz, the warehouse in JAFZA or the clinic in Dubai Healthcare City, filmed so the viewer feels they have visited. Process: how the work is done, from enquiry to delivery, shown on the floor rather than described in a voiceover. Proof: the scale of the operation, the certifications on the wall, the fleet in the yard, the years in the UAE. A film that covers only the first two looks like every other office tour.
The order matters less than the balance. Most profiles open on place and process for the first twenty seconds, bring in the first speaker with a specific claim, cut to proof of that claim, then repeat with the second speaker before closing on the team and a single line of contact. Speakers are limited to two on purpose: a third voice in three minutes means nobody says anything memorable. The corporate video service page covers the wider family of internal comms, launch films and interviews; a profile is the one film in that family that has to work for a stranger who has never heard of you.
How the half-day company profile shoot in Dubai is planned
The half day is up to five hours inside one office or facility, and it only works because the planning happens before it. The pre-production call, usually thirty minutes on a video call, settles the running order hour by hour: lighting and set-up first, the two interviews while the speakers are fresh, then b-roll while the office runs as normal. Interview questions are drafted after the call, signed off in writing before the day, and sent to the speakers so they arrive knowing what they will be asked. Nobody reads from a script; the questions are there so the answers stay on the claims the film needs to make.
Locations are chosen inside the same building or compound: a boardroom or corner office for the interviews, the floor, the reception and an exterior for b-roll. Moving between two sites in one half day costs the film its b-roll, so a second site is quoted as an extra rather than squeezed in. Wireless lavalier audio means the speakers are not tethered, and compact pro lighting fits a standard meeting room. The shoot runs the same way as an executive interview booking, with the b-roll block added. Permits are not needed inside private premises; free zone sites usually want a gate pass and a named escort, arranged through you.
Where a Dubai company profile film gets used
The master goes first to the website header, muted and looping above the fold or behind the play button on the about page. The same file is the video attachment on tender and prequalification submissions, where a three-minute film answers the capability questions a PDF struggles with. On LinkedIn the two vertical cut-downs run from the company page and from the founders' own profiles, where reach is usually higher. A trade-show loop for GITEX Global, Gulfood, ADIPEC or Arab Health is a further cut: the master with captions in place of interview audio, so it reads on a stand where nobody can hear it.
Recruitment landing pages and investor decks take the master as it is or trimmed to 90 seconds. An Arabic subtitle version, quoted as an extra, opens the same film to government tenders and GCC clients without a second shoot. All of these placements come from one half day because the shot list is built for them from the start: interviews framed to survive a vertical crop, b-roll shot in sequences long enough to loop, titles kept inside the safe area. A brand film is a different product, built around one idea for an audience rather than a picture of the company, and the two are often commissioned a year apart. You own the master and the raw footage in writing, so re-cuts later do not depend on anyone else.

Company profile video in Dubai: FAQs
How much does a company profile video cost in Dubai?
The three-minute package starts from AED 6,000: a pre-production call, a half-day shoot with up to two speakers, pro lighting and dedicated b-roll, a graded master with sound mix, titles and licensed music, and two vertical cut-downs. Extra locations, a third speaker, voiceover, Arabic subtitles and drone through the licensed partner are quoted as separate lines. See packages and prices→
How long does a company profile film take?
The shoot is a half day, up to five hours. The first cut arrives in 7 working days and the final within 14, with two revision rounds on the master included. Interview questions and the shot list are agreed on the pre-production call before the day, which is what keeps the edit inside that window. Read the corporate video timeline guide→
Can we have more than two speakers?
Yes, as an extra line, though three minutes rarely has room for a third voice that says something new. Where a company needs several departments on camera, the usual answer is a second half day or a longer master, quoted itemised. Most profile films land inside AED 2,000 to 7,000 either way.
Do you write the script and the interview questions?
The interview questions are drafted after the pre-production call and signed off in writing before the shoot. Speakers are interviewed rather than scripted, so the film sounds like the people in it. Where the brief calls for a voiceover script, that is written and recorded as a separate line with a voice artist.
Can the profile film be produced in Arabic?
An Arabic subtitle version of the master is a standard extra, quoted as its own line, and is the version most often attached to government tenders and sent to GCC clients. A separate Arabic voiceover version is quoted with the voice artist as an additional line. Each language version is delivered as its own master alongside the English one.
Where in Dubai and the UAE do you film company profiles?
Anywhere inside your own premises: offices in Business Bay, DIFC, Media City and Downtown, facilities in Al Quoz, JAFZA, Dubai Industrial City and Dubai South, and sites in Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi with travel built into the proposal. Filming inside private premises needs no permit; free zone gate passes are arranged through you.
